About Miss Lisa

Miss Lisa has her BA in Studio Art from Salem College in Winston-Salem, NC. She is also a graduate of the Dance Masters of America Teachers Training School, and has been a member of Dance Masters of America (DMA) & Carolina Dance Masters (Chapter 15) since 2004.   Miss Lisa has also had her American Council on Exercise (ACE) Group Fitness Certification since 1987, has her Orthopedic Exercise Specialty Certification, is a Barre Above Level 2 Instructor, and is a ZUMBA Fitness & STRONG NATION Instructor.

Miss Lisa joined the staff of Peggé Lee School of Dance / Cabarrus Dance Academy in 2000. Throughout the years she has attended dance education conferences with The Dance Teacher Summit, Rhee Gold’s Dance Life, & Dance Masters of America. She has taught all genres of dance, primarily focusing on Jazz, Modern/Contemporary, & Pre-Pointe Strengthening.  

Miss Lisa is happily married to her husband Marc, and is a mother of 4 children, and a proud grandmother!
